[Doc]: Fix version for switching to version 9 of the documentation. #30397

Oh, my mistake, I misread what version this was about.
The file actually used on the webpage is: https://github.com/matplotlib/devdocs/blob/gh-pages/_static/switcher.json so although the built 3.10.5 docs have an incorrect link it is not used on our docs page.
Reacted by lionel kuschI agree, I just want it to point it in order to avoid any future bugs.

Problem
The switcher file for version 3.10.5, provides a wrong link for version 9 of matplotlib.

Suggested improvement
This can be fixed by adding a redirection folder or creating a folder in the documentation associated with version 9.4 of matplolib.
Another solution is to remove the tag 9.4.
