  • Add a schedule to docker-build.yml (06:00 UTC every Monday and Thursday) so a broken CI image is caught before PRs start waiting on a tag that was never pushed. schedule is also added to the concurrency group so a scheduled run doesn't cancel a push run on the same commit.
  • Move the tutorial build shards from A10G to the equivalent OSDC L4 runners:
    • mt-l-x86aavx2-11-41-a10g -> mt-l-x86aavx2-11-41-l4 (shards 2-15)
    • mt-l-x86aavx2-45-167-a10g-4 -> mt-l-x86aavx2-45-172-l4-4 (shard 1)

Add a Monday/Thursday schedule to docker-build.yml so a broken image
surfaces before a PR waits on it, and move the tutorial build shards
from A10G to the equivalent OSDC L4 runners.
