What

059b948f (merge of feat/m2-translations into main) collapsed the Journal-Utilities checkout path: key onto the ref: line in both workflow files, making them unparseable YAML. GitHub reported "workflow file issue" and every push since 2026-09-24 failed at 0s — the integrity gate and the Pages deploy have not run since PR #19 (2026-09-24).

Change (2 lines to 4 lines, nothing else)

  • .github/workflows/journal-integrity.yml — split ref: / path:
  • .github/workflows/deploy-pages.yml — same

The Journal-Utilities pin (ea873718...) is unchanged; its bump to current main is a separate PR.

Evidence

  • Before: actionlint reported could not parse as YAML: mapping values are not allowed in this context at journal-integrity.yml:24 and deploy-pages.yml:49.
  • After: actionlint .github/workflows/*.yml exits 0.
  • git diff for this PR is exactly 4 insertions / 2 deletions across the two files.
  • This PR's own journal-integrity check is the proof the workflow parses and runs; the post-merge push run covers deploy-pages.

Note: merging restores the Pages deploy. It rebuilds with the still-pinned Journal-Utilities revision (the current M4-capable builder is not yet pinned), which is the pre-existing deploy behavior.

The merge of feat/m2-translations (059b948) collapsed the Journal-Utilities
checkout `path:` key onto the `ref:` line in journal-integrity.yml and
deploy-pages.yml, making both workflow files unparseable YAML. Every push
since 2026-09-24 failed at 0s with "workflow file issue", so the integrity
gate and the Pages deploy have not run since PR #19.

Restores the two keys as separate lines; the Journal-Utilities pin is
unchanged (its bump is a separate PR). actionlint exits 0 on both files.
