Add EthicalVPN, an upstream proprietary desktop VPN with an x64 AppImage.

The AppImage is the same 0.2.0 file published on the official website. I verified the downloaded file against the public manifest, confirmed type 2 / SquashFS format, and validated its desktop entry with desktop-file-validate. The application has a light English interface and bundles its interface assets. The catalog's automated launch review is still needed; I am not claiming it has passed.

Funding disclosure for the review: free VPN access requires explicit consent to proxy sharing. Third-party traffic can use the device's bandwidth, resources and public IP. A sharing service can run in the background after the app window closes. Withdrawing consent stops sharing and free VPN access. I am submitting on behalf of the publisher. The application and SDK source remain private; the linked repository contains public download information and release files. This PR adds only data/EthicalVPN and was prepared with AI assistance.

Compatibility: not self-contained: uses the C library of the system; uses an old AppImage runtime that needs the C library (and libfuse2) of the system; references glibc 2.25
