The --docker paths of examples 07 to 12 no longer build a venv and run uv pip install inside their containers. After the uv bootstrap, each path runs one uv run --no-project --with <packages> --with "<wheel>" python -u <example>.py ... with the same packages, extras and wheel as before. The Milvus runner image no longer runs uv pip install --system (its tag moves to py312-v2 so a stale local image is rebuilt), and python3-venv is no longer installed.

Two fixes came out of running every container path:

• The pgvector path (Postgres image) and the Milvus custom-image path get python3 from apt. Without the old venv there is no python, so the uv bootstrap now calls python3 there.
• Dropping python3-venv also dropped ca-certificates (Debian pulls it in through python3-pip-whl), so the uv download failed TLS verification. Those two paths now install ca-certificates explicitly.

Smoke runs (laptop, stackoverflow-tiny, the CI arguments, arcadedb_jvm 26.11.1.dev0 wheel, containers pinned to two cores): 21 container paths pass, 6 skipped.

The skipped paths (neo4j for 09 and 10, qdrant and Milvus for 11 and 12) start sidecar server containers through the Docker socket. Their runner commands use the same uv run --with pattern as the passing paths, and every one of the 31 generated container commands passes sh -n with no venv or pip in it, but they were not run here. The examples CI does not take the --docker paths.

Static gate: compile() and pyflakes (the same 2 warnings as on main, in 09), black and isort. Follow-up: #137 pins the uv version that the bootstrap downloads.
