Adversarial review (2026-10-28): no HIGH. Fixed in this slice: the 'Why it's blocked' panel's held result/message is cleared whenever the Molecule's state key changes, so it never stays on a no-longer-stuck Molecule; the panel moved unchanged into its own molecule-actions.js sub-module (molecule-decision.js 594 → 424 lines). Three by-design protected deltas declared with amend --accept-protected-failures (placeholder text, served module list, and a test that reads modules through the base servedJS helper). Item 6's freshness re-read is bounded by an asked-set per repository (one extra read per missing number per TTL).
