Fixed Data validations not extending when inserting rows under a single-cell datavalidation.

Found and fixed additional bugs:

• QuadTree not updating on inserts for data validations
• Copying DataValidations not including the "toRow" and "toColumn" properly when on the same sheet.
• Added minor method to merge or 'unify' adjacent addresses when copying so that you may get the equivalent address "A2:A5" when copying instead of e.g. "A5, A2:A4" as they are functionally equivalent in this case
