plugin-qualify (0.18.3) unstable; urgency=medium

* The isolated step runs for every plugin of a pass: a private jackd is now
reaped when it ends, so the next plugin's server can start. On a Raspberry
Pi 5 only the first of 152 steps had run.
* A step that could not run is run again by the next --isolated-only and
replaced in the record.
* plugin-qualify-sync.service gives the plugins a HOME, /var/lib/omx/qualify-home.
Without one Surge XT is silent under jalv and the LV2 adapter and its CLAP
answers -503, and a sync from the unit judged it by that.
