Dependabot requires Julia v1.10, but unless using
Pkgoperations within a test environment, the<0.0.1should not be necessary for Julia v1.4 or later.Although the package name isn't specified, a package with version v0.0.0 should not be registered in the General repository.
Edit: This doesn't seem to work.
