The AI package keeps the shared Nerdbank version but always packs as a prerelease, so a stable release publishes it as e.g. 1.0.54-preview while the core packages go out stable. Updates the design doc status.
WebApplicationFactory looks for the server's content root next to the solution file, which only resolves from a test project, so the sample crashed with DirectoryNotFoundException. The test server reads nothing from it, so the sample's output folder is used.
