Two trace viewers behave differently; this is the one RunTree + Waterfall + RunInspector viewer that the trace, drawer and thread screens will share.

Ticket: F11 (Forge Observe vs LangSmith evaluation follow-up)

Changes

  • feat(studio): unified trace viewer

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint on changed files (details in the review package); full suite and fallow run in CI.

Add the shared trace viewer under src/ui/run: RunTree (indented tree with
kind icon, full name, model chip, tokens, duration, Open in Playground on
generations), Waterfall (time axis + start/end bars, open bars run to now),
RunInspector (Error > Input > Output > Feedback > Tokens/Cost/Model >
Attributes) and TraceViewer composing them. Both lists virtualise above
500 observations via VirtualList. Not yet mounted by any screen.
