cssnano/cssnano (cssnano)
v9.9.0: v9.9.0Compare Source
What's Changed
cssnano now ships its presets and plugins in a single package, so installing it adds one cssnano package to your dependency tree instead of about thirty, and you have fewer packages to review in audits and lockfile updates.
preset: 'lite'andpreset: 'advanced'now work without installing another package. An installed preset package still takes precedence over the built-in one and prints a one-timeCSSNANO_INSTALLED_PRESETwarning; pass the imported preset function to keep it without the warning. Full names such ascssnano-preset-defaultfall back to the built-in preset when no package is installed. Projects that requirecssnano-preset-defaultdirectly must declare it as a dependency, or switch topreset: ['default', {...}].overridesandresolutionsthat pin an individual plugin no longer apply.v9.8.0: v9.8.0Compare Source
Feature Changes
feat(postcss-normalize-url): stop rewriting URLs
The plugin only changes the
url()token (unquoting, whitespace, escaping) and keeps the URL byte-identical. It no longer removes dot segments or duplicate slashes, decodes percent-escapes, removes default ports or strips the trailing dot of host names, because these are not equivalent for every server or bundler. It keeps whitespace inside a quoted@namespaceURL as well, because the namespace name is an identifier compared character by character rather than a URL that gets fetched.feat(cssnano-preset-default): remove postcss-svgo from the preset
The presets no longer run
postcss-svgo; run it before cssnano or optimize SVG assets with the SVGO cli instead. Asvgooption is now ignored. The output changes for CSS with inline SVG data URIs, and for CSS with URLs thatpostcss-normalize-urlused to rewrite (see thepostcss-normalize-urlchangeset).Patch Changes
cmandmm, and convertqtocmormm, since metric units relate by exact decimal factors.qis never the output unit.v9.7.0: v9.7.0Compare Source

github/codeql-action
v4.39.0Compare Source
codeql-action/analyzestep now validates that a correct argument for thecheckout_pathinput has been provided. Thecheckout_pathinput must be set to the path where the repository that is being analyzed is checked out at on the runner, if that path is something other than the workspace root. If the path does not point to a repository checkout or is different from the path that was used bycodeql-action/init, then the CodeQL Action now produces a warning. #4148codeql-action/start-proxystep that is used in Code Scanning Default Setup now finds CodeQL releases using the same logic ascodeql-action/init. This primarily benefits customers who are using GitHub instances other thangithub.comwhere thecodeql-action/start-proxystep may previously have been unable to locate recent releases and ended up using outdated versions of the private registry authentication proxy as a result. #4198nodeca/js-yaml (js-yaml)
