xgen --trust로 승인 없이 REPL을 시작하게 했다 (ADR-0059) - #110

개인 작업용으로 쓸 때 ADR-0058 뒤에도 session 첫 요청들에서 종류마다 'a'를 답해야 했다 (2개 저장소 x 요청 3개 session에서 3회). - --trust는 model/read/write/execute를 모두 allow로 두고 시작한다. 시작 화면에 trust mode 한 줄을 쓰고, /permissions KIND ask|deny로 session 중에 좁힐 수 있다. - journal, Receipt 검증, Changes 표시, 실행 파일 catalog, Core action 단위 authorization, 비대화형 run/resume 플래그는 그대로. 신뢰 상태는 파일에 저장하지 않는다(alias 사용). 실사용(deepseek, 요청 3개 session): graph-tool-call·gwanjong-mcp 모두 승인 3회 -> 0회, 수정 결과 정확. 단위·e2e 테스트 추가, cargo test --workspace 734 통과, clippy 통과.
