Related to #11472

动机

#11472：希望 RT_CONSOLE_DEVICE_NAME="null" 在上电即可生效（日志口与通信口复用场景）。

改动

  • null_device_init：INIT_DEVICE_EXPORT → INIT_BOARD_EXPORT
  • 纯软件设备，无 HW 依赖；与 UART 同在 board init 阶段注册，供随后的 rt_console_set_device 使用

测试

  • bsp/qemu-vexpress-a9 scons -j8（uart0）
  • 同上，RT_CONSOLE_DEVICE_NAME="null" 编译 + QEMU：无横幅
  • 恢复 uart0 后 QEMU 可见 msh />
  • rt_null.o 落入 .rti_fn.1

未实现 early/normal console 拆分（Bernard 提到的另一方向）；若需要可另开 issue/PR。

rt_console_set_device() is typically called in rt_hw_board_init() right
after rt_components_board_init(). null was INIT_DEVICE (level 3), so it
was not registered yet and could not be RT_CONSOLE_DEVICE_NAME.

Raise to INIT_BOARD_EXPORT; null is a pure software sink with no HW deps.
