  • Fix Model error messages when first created #10: a model at the root of the scene is now queued like any other container, so a new empty model gets its tree instead of showing "Failed to generate internal representation". A model with no child nodes says so, also after its last brush is deleted (the check used to find the model itself, through its generated objects).
  • Inspector messages: each message is shown once, as a plain help box, instead of in a tall scroll area.
  • scaling object bounds does not snap on x-axis Unity 6000.0.41f1 #16: side handles snap in world space. Extents were measured in the handle's local space and the slide direction wasn't normalized, so a scaled brush snapped off the grid along its scaled axes.

Tests: an empty model has its tree and the right message, before and after a brush; a scaled handle's extents are world distances (fails without the fix). Full suite: 2060 of 2060.

Fixes #10, fixes #16

…scaled brushes

- A model at the root of the scene is queued like any container, so an empty
model has its tree instead of "Failed to generate internal representation".
- A model with no child nodes says so, also after its last brush is deleted
(the check found the model itself, through its generated objects).
- Inspector messages are shown once each, as plain help boxes.
- Side handles snap in world space: extents were measured in the handle's
local space and the slide direction wasn't normalized, so a scaled brush
snapped off the grid along its scaled axes.

Fixes RadicalCSG#10, fixes RadicalCSG#16
