[Bug]: Reloading spinner on every right click in the RapidAPI VS Code panel #140

What happened?

When I make a right-click in the RapidAPI VS Code panel, it initiates reloading the panel, which leads to blinking and seeing the spinner for some time

Steps to reproduce?

1. Open the RapidAPI panel.
2. Make a right click anywhere on the panel.
3. See a reloading spinner for some time, sometimes it is even more than 1-2 seconds.

The functionality still works well after waiting for the spinner to disappear, but this just is not comfortable for users, and would be great to get rid of this reloading blinking, as right-click usually doesn't change anything, just opens the menu.
