Closes #1

📋 Summary of Changes

  • Expanded pyproject.toml: Added high-intent search keywords (local-rag, offline-rag, private-ai, sqlite-vec, document-search, codebase-rag, local-embeddings, privacy-first) and PyPI classifiers (Topic :: Text Processing :: Indexing, Intended Audience :: Information Technology).
  • Updated README.md: Added PyPI version badge and documented the comparison matrix between 100% offline local RAG vs. cloud embeddings APIs (highlighting zero data leakage, <5ms latency, and air-gapped portability).

📦 Subsystems Affected

  • localrag.indexer (Document harvesting, boundary chunking)
  • localrag.storage (SQLite schemas, FTS5 BM25, vector BLOBs)
  • localrag.retrieval (Dense cosine similarity, Reciprocal Rank Fusion)
  • localrag.providers (Ollama, OpenAI, feature hasher embeddings)
  • localrag.server / Web UI (FastAPI, SSE streaming, citation drawer)
  • localrag.cli (Rich terminal interface, query commands)
  • Documentation / Tests

  • 🐛 Bug Fix (non-breaking fix)
  • ✨ New Feature / SEO Optimization
  • ⚡ Performance Improvement
