Controls and modes

Control	Action
Right, including repeat	Advance to the next dice/game mode.
Left, including repeat	Cycle the quantity from one through six dice.
OK, including repeat	Roll, shake, or draw once.
Back	Exit; holding Back also requests exit directly.

Normal mode order is d2, d3, d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d100, SEX, WAR, 8BALL, DBALL, WEED, DRINK, d59, and d69, then back to d2.

WAR draws two distinct cards from the original 52-card ordering.
