Removes [decode-uri-component](https://github.com/SamVerschueren/decode-uri-component). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [decode-uri-component](https://github.com/SamVerschueren/decode-uri-component), [expo-router](https://github.com/expo/expo/tree/HEAD/packages/expo-router) and [@react-navigation/core](https://github.com/react-navigation/react-navigation/tree/HEAD/packages/core). These dependencies need to be updated together.
