Goal: Make our CI safer against supply-chain attacks by pinning actions to commit SHAs (ADR0006).
What changed: The 4
uses:lines in the two workflows now use a full commit SHA, with the version tag in a comment. No branch refs were pinned. Dependabot already updatesgithub-actions, so it is unchanged.How to review: Check that each SHA matches the commented version. There are no other changes.
