Summary

Update the Ads SDK release workflow's generated PR description to name all five API-reference platforms: web, Android, iOS, React Native, and Roku. The existing wording incorrectly describes a Web-only publication.

Follow-up to the release-template review finding on #946. This changes only the PR body text, not release behavior.

Validation: the workflow passes Prettier's YAML check.

The release workflow opens the PR with "the Web API reference", but the
branch carries the web, Android, iOS, React Native and Roku references.
