Revert Worker split after production outage

[tannerlinsley]

Restore the unified production Worker after the split deployment caused site requests to return 404. Preserve the existing chat namespaces and workflow through cross-script bindings, and explicitly retain the replacement namespaces created by the failed rollout. Tests skipped at user request for emergency recovery.
