The landing page and the app now look like one product.

Brand system

• Paper (light) is the default theme. Dark is opt-in, and warmer. "System" is still available.
• Ink pill buttons, larger type (base 15px), mono eyebrows, a faint paper grain.
• New reusable classes: .slip, .stamp, .stamp-in, .grain.

Screens

• Approvals: paper slips with a signature-line footer. An APPROVED or DENIED stamp lands when you decide. Email drafts are set in serif.
• Inbox: big count, slip list, and an empty state that shows an example slip.
• Task page: reads like a document. It has a live step timeline, a writing-surface composer, and a printed run receipt (steps, model, tokens, time, cost) when a run completes.
• Home: a briefing showing what needs you, recent tasks and scheduled automations. New users get a three-step first-run guide whose steps are checked off from real state.
• Empty states: they show a faded example of what each page will hold (receipt, schedule tickets, connection diagram, documents, note).
• Other pages: Activity, Automations, Connections, Knowledge and Settings get the paper look. Appearance offers Light / Dark / System.
• Sign-in and sign-up: the landing page's approval slip on an amber field.
• Docs: docs/design.md is updated.

Landing additions

• "This is the app." section: a sage section that steps through four real captures of the app running on the seeded demo data: brief, draft, sign, receipt. It plays automatically and pauses on hover.
• Social preview: the hero is now the Open Graph and Twitter card image.

Checks

• Lint, typecheck, 88 tests and the production build pass.
• Every app page passes in light and dark, at 375px and 1440px: no console errors and no horizontal scroll.
