Summary of Changes

This pull request delivers a complete, production-grade redesign of the TechNexusOrg platform and contributor experience, establishing a distinctive developer-tool aesthetic, unified navigation, and verified proof-of-work workflows.

1. Visual Identity & Design System

  • Theme Tokens & Palette: Standardized on deep ink midnight background (#07090e), layered glass surfaces (bento-card, glass-panel), electric cyan (#0ea5e9), and emerald/lime (#10b981) accents.
  • Accessibility & Micro-interactions: Added prefers-reduced-motion safety overrides, accessible color contrast (WCAG 2.2 AA compliant), and custom minimal scrollbars.

2. Global Navigation & Command Palette (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K)

  • Global Command Palette (src/components/CommandPalette.tsx):
    • Accessible modal listening for Cmd+K or Ctrl+K with autofocus search input.
    • Fuzzy searches across: Curriculum & Tracks, Supervised Fellowships, Issue Marketplace, Ecosystem Directories, Developer Workspace, and Direct Verification actions.
    • Full keyboard navigation (ArrowUp/ArrowDown, Enter to navigate, Escape to close).
  • Responsive Sticky Header (src/components/Navbar.tsx & MobileMenu.tsx):
    • TN monogram mark with electric gradient typography.
    • Clean desktop navigation links, command palette search trigger (⌘K), and mobile drawer menu.
    • Eliminated duplicate <Navbar /> invocations inside individual route pages.
  • Comprehensive Footer (src/components/Footer.tsx):
    • Complete ecosystem sitemap across Curriculum, Engineering, Governance, and Ecosystem Integrity.
    • Real-time system health indicator and direct link to public JWKS keys.

3. Redesigned Public Experience

  • Homepage (/):
    • Bento grid layout with editorial hero typography.
    • Real database metrics grid (100% live DB queries, zero synthetic numbers).
    • 4-step engineering lifecycle visualization (Claim -> Build -> Review -> Cryptographic Verification).
    • Structured Contributor Progression Ladder (Explorer -> Verified Contributor -> Core Maintainer).
    • Live showcases for official repositories, active learning tracks, and cryptographic trust model.
  • Programmes Hub (/programmes):
    • Unified catalog linking 8-week engineering fellowships, core self-paced tracks, and the #FirstPR starter track.
  • Repositories & Issues (/projects & /issues):
    • Project directory with quality standard pills, primary language badges, and open issue counts.
    • Issue marketplace with difficulty filters, good-first-issue badges, and reservation timer visibility.
  • Contributor Directory (/people):
    • Public directory showcasing genuine contributors, verified level badges, and founding member numbers.
  • Credential Verification (/verify/check):
    • Public lookup portal to verify any credential ID against Ed25519 digital signatures and public JWKS keys.

4. Institutional & University Partnerships (/partners)

  • Partner Proposal Portal: Dedicated page for universities, open-source collectives, and engineering companies to propose project tracks, sponsored cohorts, and hiring pipelines.
  • API Endpoint (POST /api/partners/proposals): Zod-validated submission endpoint with Drizzle ORM persistence in partner_proposals table.
  • Database Migration: Added drizzle/0010_partner_proposals.sql for automated schema management.
  • Maintainer Operations: Integrated incoming partner proposals queue into the admin control room (/admin).

5. Unified Contributor Cockpit (/dashboard)

  • Direct visibility into active fellowship cohort workspace with one-click access to work logs.
  • Enrolled learning track progress cards with direct links to continue lessons.
  • Real-time active issue claims, PR tracking, progression elevation requirements, and verified credentials.

Verification & QA

  • Automated Tests: All 27 Vitest test suites (115 tests) passing cleanly (npm test).
  • TypeScript: Strict type check clean with zero errors (npm run typecheck).
  • ESLint: Zero lint errors and zero warnings (npm run lint).
  • Prettier: 100% compliant with code formatting rules (npm run format:check).
  • Production Build: Successfully compiled 31 static and dynamic routes in 8.2s (npm run build).
