Description

In tests/phpunit/tests/query/parseQuery.php, register_taxonomy() is used in test_parse_query_hierarchical_taxonomy_query_var_array() to register a custom taxonomy 'wptests_tax'.

While the test calls unregister_taxonomy() before the assertions, an assertion failure before or during that point can leave 'wptests_tax' registered in the global $wp_taxonomies array, leaking state into subsequent tests.

This PR adds a tear_down() method in Tests_Query_ParseQuery to reliably unregister 'wptests_tax' via unregister_taxonomy(), ensuring complete test isolation.
