Real and verified: dchub.cloud serves the site and the hosted MCP server (it answers tools/call with a real tool list: claim_free_key, market lookups, DCPI), the GitHub repo is up, and the X handle resolves. Free tier needs no key or account — not gated. No duplicate slug or project_url in content/ or templates.jsonl. Maintainer edits: status proposed -> live, verified_at stamped.
