Allow installing on Python 3.15: raises the requires-python upper bound to <3.16 (also in the examples' inline script metadata), adds the 3.15 classifier, and refreshes uv.lock with pydantic 2.14.1 / pydantic-core 2.50.1, since pydantic-core 2.41.4 (PyO3 0.26) does not build on 3.15.

Testing

• make check: passes.
• make test on Python 3.10: 438 passed.
• On Python 3.15.0: 438 passed, 1 failed: tests/test_gen_all.py::test_codegen_check_is_clean_and_read_only fails with ValueError: '3.15' is not a valid PythonVersion because the pinned datamodel-code-generator==0.71.0 predates 3.15. Bumping it changes the generated schema, so I left 3.15 out of the CI/tox matrix for now.
