The RPC lifecycle fix keeps Store cancellation and completion callbacks on an unbounded dispatch queue, so a configured bounded queue no longer applies to that callback path. This updates the Chinese and English configuration guidance, explains core/max and backlog behaviour, and preserves the behaviour of versions without the fix.

Paired with hugegraph/hugegraph#280 and apache/hugegraph#3303; coordinate the code and documentation merges. The Store guidance changes without changing PD queue configuration. Site CI continues to run; the required deploy status check is removed from .asf.yaml, while pull-request review protection remains enabled.

Validation: reviewed the two-file diff, bilingual parity, Markdown table boundaries and the linked code PR.

Org review: hugegraph#39

Change diagram

Unbounded Store callback dispatch and its capacity tradeoffs. This documentation diagram explains the paired runtime change; it does not establish deployment acceptance.

- distinguish released queue behaviour from lifecycle fixes
- align Chinese and English Store configuration guidance
