Adds Actor.resurrect(), a wrapper around RunClientAsync.resurrect() to go with Actor.abort(). It takes the same options as the client method, plus a token override and timeout='inherit', which gives the resurrected run the time left on the current Actor's timeout (same handling as start() and call()).

JS parity issue: apify/apify-sdk-js#765
