Fix

A restored or isolated agent state can lag the hub's replay counter, leaving synchronization stuck on HTTP 409. Retry a recognized replay rejection once with a persisted, time-based sequence while preserving signature validation and server replay protection. Unrelated conflicts are not retried and counters ahead of the clock are never rewound.

Validation

  • npm run check: 306 tests passed, including stale-counter recovery, bounded retries, and counter persistence.
  • Live Windows agent recovered and completed two automatic synchronizations.
  • Site readback confirmed 2,871 calls across 18 populated hourly buckets after catch-up.
