Adds <UserAvatar /> to @clerk/mosaic: the signed-in user's profile image, built on the Mosaic Avatar, which renders fallback while Clerk loads and nothing when signed out, and is announced as an image named for the user. It takes shape and size (the Avatar values) instead of the legacy rounded, and is styled through .cl-user-avatar instead of an appearance prop, matching UserButton. A swingset page at /misc/user-avatar documents it.
Note
Initials are not painted. While the image loads, or if it fails, the avatar shows a blank placeholder, unlike the legacy UserAvatar. This follows Mosaic's Avatar, whose fallback never paints its children so that a missing picture reads as an absent image rather than as two letters. Clerk always returns an imageUrl (a generated default when nothing was uploaded), so the placeholder only appears while loading or on failure. The initials stay in the DOM, hidden, and .cl-user-avatar .cl-avatar-fallback-content { visibility: visible; } reveals them.

Adds and exports UserAvatar, which derives avatar details from the signed-in user. It displays a fallback while user data loads, renders nothing when no user is signed in, and otherwise shows a profile image or initials. The component supports configurable shape and size. The changes also add feature tests, stories, documentation, registry entries, and a patch changeset.
Some users without profile images will see Clerk's default avatar instead of the promised blank placeholder; switching accounts can also leave the avatar empty until it remounts. These are limited display issues that should be fixed or explicitly accepted before merging.

Gate the avatar image on hasImage.
user.imageUrl can hold Clerk's default avatar when the user has no profile image. Forwarding it to Avatar.Image shows that default instead of the blank placeholder the feature is meant to render. user.hasImage identifies whether a profile image exists, so it can gate the URL.

Reset avatar status when the image disappears.
If a mounted UserAvatar switches from an account with a loaded image to one without an image URL, this condition removes Avatar.Image but retains Avatar.Root. The root keeps its loaded status, so Avatar.Fallback remains absent and the new account's avatar stays empty until remount. Account switching without closing the surrounding UI is a supported flow. Key Avatar.Root by the image URL, or reset its status when the image is removed. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
