Description
First batch of the command migration deferred after #10643. The Utilities commands (
env,filter:check,config:check,namespaces,phpini:check,publish,optimize, androutes) now write through$this->getOutput()instead of the staticCLIfacade. Tables are written withTable::render(), as in the modern-command samples.No behaviour changes, since
AbstractCommand::run()already points the facade at the run's output. The existing tests pass unchanged. The other namespaces follow in their own PRs, and the user guide samples in one docs PR afterwards.Checklist:
