Every Release Drafter run in the org now emits ten warnings like:

Use of deprecated 'categories[].label' or 'categories[].labels' field detected … This field will be removed in a future release. To migrate, move the labels into the category's 'when' condition. Migration documentation: release-drafter/release-drafter#1558

This migrates the shared config to the current category model, with no change in behaviour:

• categories[*].labels → categories[*].when.labels
• exclude-labels → a type: pre-exclude category
• version-resolver → type: version-resolver categories, with the last one (no when) as the default: patch fallback
• ✍ Other changes keeps no when and therefore stays the catch-all for uncategorised PRs

The result validates against release-drafter's schema.json.
