[Mallard-AI]

Description

Adds Mallard AI as a model provider. Mallard AI serves open models through an OpenAI-compatible API, processed only in the UK with zero data retention (https://mallardai.co.uk).

• core/llm/llms/Mallard.ts: extends OpenAI, base URL https://api.mallardai.co.uk/v1/
• core/llm/llms/index.ts: registered in LLMs
• core/llm/autodetect.ts: added to the templating, image and parallel-request provider lists
• gui/.../configs/providers.ts and models.ts: the Add Model entry with a Qwen3.6 35B A3B preset (qwen/qwen3.6-35b-a3b, 262,144-token context), and gui/public/logos/mallard.png (512×512)
• docs/customize/model-providers/more/mallard.mdx and docs/docs.json: a provider page with the YAML and JSON config, image input and switching reasoning off

Tests

No new tests: the provider is a plain OpenAI subclass with a default base URL, following the pattern of other providers added this way (for example Nous.ts in #9989). The API was checked live on 25 October 2026: chat, streaming with usage, tool calls (auto, required, named, none), structured output and image input.
