Keep evergreen entry points on the current docs when the latest minor changes, while keeping missing llms targets fatal at build time. Isolate the report cleanup test from real transcreation drift so home-page edits do not create an unrelated test failure. Generic documentation links still point at
v1.6, and the home-page button uses a legacy alias. I switched these entry points to/docs/and kept the build failure for missingllms.txttargets.The home-page edit also exposed an existing report-cleanup test that depended on real translation drift, so I isolated that input as in the neighboring test. Translator behavior is unchanged.
Stacked on #775, merge after it. Part of #773.
Verified with Hugo extended 0.164.0 production and preview builds, all eight entry links, missing-target rejection, 24 routing fixtures, three built-site SEO checks and 129 translator tests. Historical release links and translations are unchanged; main-repository README links follow after website deployment.
