Summary
Docs/code consistency pass of the site against the current tools.
getting-started.md: said most CI systems setCI=trueand that makes--files-changed-only/--lines-changed-onlyask the GitHub API. Since cpp-linter 1.15.0 (#221, #226 in cpp-linter) the API is only used whenGITHUB_ACTIONS=true(git-bot-feedbackinit_client()); elsewhere, locally or in other CI, they readgit diff, with--diff-basesetting the base. v2 does the same; thereCIonly picks the default for an unrelated setting.getting-started.md,why-cpp-linter.mdand two places inoverrides/home.html.getting-started.md: clang-apply-replacements wheels now cover LLVM 16 to 23, not only 16 and 17.Dated blog posts were left as they are.
