Updates the source-build kernel pin from
cb5b11ctob5e545a, the merge commit for databricks/databricks-sql-kernel#413. Closing one session now retains shared telemetry while another session remains active, addressing the TELEMETRY-015 failures in the Python nightly.Validation: built the pinned PyO3 wheel with
maturin build --release --locked; passed 457 kernel-adapter/session unit tests and 6 real-kernel tests, including standard and realtime async reader routing;git diff --check.This PR was created with GitHub MCP.
