i discussed some additional changes (refactor and code cleanup) with Olaru

• refactor the meta - centered on the meta.html.twig template, as much as possible, to prevent duplicates and spreading out the variable management for the meta section
• remove aliases for the $meta variable
• remove dead title blocks
