Makes devproxy status consistent with detached startup output, helping users distinguish the forward proxy endpoint from the management API endpoint. Addresses #2020.

Portfield with a fullProxy URL, displayed beforeAPI URL. - Adds
proxyUrlto JSON output while retainingportfor compatibility.

devproxy statusnow shows the forward proxy as a fullProxy URL(instead of a barePort), placed beforeAPI URL, matching detached startup output. JSON output additionally includesproxyUrl(existingportkept for compatibility).
