… DLL workers Cache the Windows process-shutdown query before timer initialization and retain the default service for OS reclamation only during actual termination. Preserve ordinary timer cleanup and POSIX behavior. Add bounded DLL-exit and explicit-retirement coverage. Focused Windows RED/GREEN, ordinary static cleanup, Linux resume/lifetime tests, cpplint, diff and Automake registration pass; full actual CI remains pending before Groundwork validation.
Capture the last Winsock error immediately after WSAPoll failure and include its numeric value in the existing exception. Preserve WSAEINTR and polling/shutdown behavior. Controlled Windows message RED/GREEN, owning GNU example syntax, cpplint and diff checks pass; the prior consumer failure remains undiagnosed and full CI remains pending.
…vidence Disable only the pinned VM action redundant whole-workspace copyback in package and archive workflows. Preserve initial synchronization, guest/native gates, explicit SCP error propagation and evidence layout. Current8f native package gates passed before automatic rsync failed; fresh SCP recovery succeeded. Existing13 workflow tests, actionlint, exact workflow-byte preservation proof and diff checks pass. Full corrected-source CI and cookie archive proof remain pending; no Groundwork validation run.

The Windows native HTTP/1 program finishes all 734 assertions but hangs during DLL process teardown while destroying the default timer queue condition variable. Cache the Windows shutdown query during initialization and preserve the process-lifetime queue during process termination, while retaining ordinary cleanup. Add a native DLL process-exit regression and include the saved Winsock error code in poll failures.
FreeBSD package tests pass, then the VM action fails while copying the entire workspace back. Disable that redundant copyback in both workflows and retain the required explicit SCP evidence transfer and its failure propagation.
Focused checks pass: the native Windows regression reproduces the old hang and exits with the repair; ordinary cleanup and static consumers pass; Linux resume/lifetime tests pass (1,950 checks); 13 workflow checks and actionlint pass. Local Windows uses a qualified mixed toolchain, so actual platform CI remains required.
Draft while full CI runs. Darwin PSK failures remain unresolved. Groundwork validation is deferred until full CI is green. No release or deployment.
