Problem

The sidebar rendered a Pro dot on Queries for logged-out / Community users, implying the whole editor was paywalled. It is not: QueriesPage is free — only the ER-diagram action inside it opens the upgrade dialog (feature="er_diagram").

The gated: true flag was a copy-paste from the Data Studio entry during the gate rollout.

Fix

Drop the flag. Cross-checked every entry against its page:

Entry Sidebar dot Page gate Consistent
Connections – none ✅
Queries Pro dot → – free shell, ER-diagram action gated inline ✅ fixed
Data Studio Pro dot <PaidGate feature="ai"> ✅
History – none ✅
Settings – free shell; AI/MCP rows gated inline ✅

(Transfer has no sidebar entry; it is gated at the page and reached from Queries' backup/export actions.)

Test plan

  • vue-tsc --noEmit + eslint clean
  • Logged out: no dot on Queries; Data Studio keeps its dot

The sidebar marked Queries as gated, but the page itself is free: only
the ER-diagram action inside it opens the upgrade dialog. The dot came
from a copy-paste of the Data Studio entry during the gate rollout and
misled Community users into thinking the whole editor was paywalled.

Cross-checked every sidebar entry against its page: Connections,
History and Settings are free shells (Settings gates only its AI/MCP
rows inline), Data Studio is fully gated, Transfer has no sidebar entry.
