…listeners enableHTTPTimings was never passed to instrumentOutgoingRequests, so timings were always on. Each traced request keeps a resource listener until a matching timing entry arrives, which never happens on React Native below 0.83 or for expo/fetch requests. Pass the option through and instrument fetch and XHR separately, so timings default to on only where entries are reported. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
