The workflow imported each starter bucket from its
prod-examples/<major>branch (ormasterwhere no branch exists),pinned to concrete npm Handsontable versions, then rebuilt the
catalog index and the baked container contexts, and kept the authoring
app's handsontable pin and the runtime's last-known-good version in
step with the new bucket versions.
