Summary

Match Google's gtag bootstrap by queueing the arguments object for each command.
Keep the validated measurement ID and automatic pageview detection.

npm run lint
npm run build
Static output assertions confirm the standard queue implementation and active measurement ID.
A real Playwright browser loaded gtag.js, but GA commands using the prior array-based stub stayed queued and produced no collect request.
