Breaking SDK typing for SerpApi/Valyu search targets and new payment-sensitive VGS vault surfaces; GPU VRAM values change defaults but keep deprecated aliases.

Overview
Release 0.141.0 updates the generated Python SDK to match the latest API: vault payments, GPU browser sizing, search providers, and clearer Link token errors.

The largest addition is customer-managed VGS vault checkout: org-level provider="vgs" vault provider configs, VGS wallet items, and card items that accept write-only pan_alias / cvc_alias input plus new response states (VgsCardState, VgsWalletState). Card and wallet unions on upsert/read now include these VGS variants.

GPU browsers default to 3GiB / 6GiB VRAM (replacing 2GiB / 4GiB); 2GiB and 4GiB remain as deprecated aliases in BrowserVideoMemory and docs.

Search drops Valyu and SerpApi from provider slugs, list filters, and ProviderTargetParam — typed requests targeting those providers will no longer type-check.

Imported Link wallet docs now state that a rejected customer access token yields 409 with access_token_rejected, with recovery via update_access_token.
