Require Vim 8.2.3591+ (WinClosed for the commit window) or Neovim 0.5.1+ (0.5.0 ignores jobstart() 'stdin', so background search with rg never ends), and run the tests with them in CI. - Load the plugin from a copy with an s: accessor on editors that can't read script variables by getscriptinfo() - Find script ids by :scriptnames without getscriptinfo() - Write binary fixtures without blobs - Backdate fixtures before replacing in files on editors that compare file times in seconds - Test committing from the message window
