Drop Dependabot in favour of Renovate - #331

Running both bots caused version-comment drift: Dependabot bumps the pinned action SHA but leaves the "# vX.Y.Z" comment, and Renovate then trusts the stale comment and opens digest PRs that downgrade (#323, #316). - Remove .github/dependabot.yml and the Dependabot auto-merge workflow. - Port its behaviour to renovate.json: dependency labels, monthly uv.lock maintenance, and squash auto-merge of minor/patch updates once all checks pass (platformAutomerge off, as main has no required checks). - Skip myst-parser for the Python < 3.10 constraint, whose v5 range is unsatisfiable (#308). - Rename the gh-pr-list-dependabot just recipes to gh-pr-list-renovate. Running both Dependabot and Renovate caused the
