Publishes fribidi-m mwrap-1.0.16 as mcpplibs.mwrap.fribidi 1.0.16: GNU FriBidi 1.0.16 as C++23 modules over compat.fribidi 1.0.16. Plan and verification: .agents/docs/2026-10-28-add-fribidi-mwrap-plan.md.

  • pkgs/mwrap/fribidi.lua: the immutable release archive (sha256 e05d6f34…7b198f4) on linux, macosx and windows; autoupdate on the mwrap-${version} tag series.
  • tests/mwrap/fribidi-bidi: an installed consumer (workspace member) — paragraph levels with bracket pairs (UAX feat: add ftxui 6.1.9 (C++ TUI library) #9 N0), log2vis with mirroring, Arabic shaping, the mapped macros, the adapted debug function, and the side header beside the import with an X-macro table.
  • validate.yml: the installed archive, its unmodified default bidi template, and (--deploy) a relocated bundle whose licenses/fribidi/ must hold the wrapper's LICENSE/NOTICE and FriBidi's COPYING (LGPL-2.1-or-later), AUTHORS, README and UCD notice byte for byte; check_installed_template.py gains that deployment contract.

Local, with mcpp 2026.10.26.1 and MCPP_INDEX_MIRROR=GLOBAL: descriptor lints and mcpp xpkg parse pass; select_members.py pkgs/mwrap/fribidi.lua selects fribidi-bidi; bash tests/run_members.sh fribidi-bidi: test result ok (2 passed); check_installed_template.py --package mcpplibs.mwrap.fribidi@1.0.16 --deploy: verified the template consumer, 6 byte-identical license files and the relocated bundle.
