The index adds openkal-platform 0.23.1 for all three hosts. This release supersedes 0.23.0 and fixes the version group at openkal-macos 0.21.3, openkal-musl 0.27.1, openkal-llvm-runtime 0.18.2 and openkal-image 0.4.2.

The GitHub archive and GitCode mirror are byte-identical, with SHA256 fcad8f53ab7d0cff3b34746fae02ce7cf8182aead191389aaafd12025b7f7d70. The archive manifest matches tag 0.23.1 at mcpplibs/openkal-platform#15 head 8b16538d026dfe0e0592577afdcf85941da0baaf. Package identity, duplicate-version, mirror-URL and platform-version parity checks pass locally.

This is the bootstrap publication specified in mcpp-community/mcpp#885 (T2). The package requires mcpp >=2026.11.2.3. A candidate check using the older released mcpp is expected to reject that floor; platform and os 0.2.8 must enter the index before the candidate mcpp can build the Windows launcher and its release can pass CI. The platform PR will be merged only after the full checks pass with those dependencies. The platform test member and CI pins move after mcpp is released (T6).

Validation result: validate run 41588901973 passed, including the Linux default/LLVM, macOS and Windows workspace checks. The only failing checks are the three candidate jobs in run 41588901933; each reports requires mcpp >= 2026.11.2.3; this is mcpp 2026.11.2.1. This is the exact bootstrap exception authorized by issue #885, T2. No compiler or runtime failure was hidden.
