The index adds openkal-platform 0.23.2 on all three hosts. Its version group pins musl 0.27.2 and llvm-runtime 0.18.3, so the C library's published image edge selects openkal-ld 0.4.2, matching the platform. The package requires mcpp 2026.11.3.1. Existing 0.23.0 and 0.23.1 entries and archives remain unchanged.
This is the bootstrap step authorized by mcpp-community/mcpp#885 (T2–T4). Tag 0.23.2 names platform PR #15 head
dc24b251c98687d3278dba1296026288d4c11d67; it is published before PR merge so os 0.2.8 can consume the indexed group. Full platform CI and merge follow os indexing and the candidate engine's built-in platform update. The hosted platform test member moves separately after the new engine is installable. The GitHub archive and downloaded GitCode mirror match: SHA256
d81be8ad6edef9e2adf0dd920863f6b98e4d3a9ce776d57aaeaab3cdb5744dad, 18,401 bytes. Archive metadata and transitive pins are checked. musl and runtime passed their full ten-check producer matrices and are already published, mirrored and indexed. Local platform tests against those public library releases run the x86_64 C++ image successfully and build the aarch64 image. Lua syntax, identity, duplicate-version, mirror-URL and mcpp xpkg parsing checks pass. The index CI engine remains 2026.11.2.1 until the mcpp release. Candidate checks may fail solely at the package floor (requires mcpp >=2026.11.3.1); this is the issue's explicit bootstrap exception. Validate checks and any other applicable checks must pass, and every candidate failure must be inspected before merge.
Bootstrap audit: validate run 41604277359 passes every non-skipped check. Candidate run 41604277496 has exactly three failures (Linux default, Linux LLVM, macOS default); every failed job reports only
requires mcpp >= 2026.11.3.1; this is mcpp 2026.11.2.1. No package compilation occurred in those failed jobs. This matches the T2 exception, and the published group has additionally passed the local platform image test with mcpp 2026.11.3.1.
